WE WANT TO COLLECT KNOWLEDGE AND BEST PRACTICES OF CULINARY ART FROM ALL OVER THE WORLD AND PASS IT ON IN POLAND: TO CULINARY CHEFS, CHOCOLATIERS, BARTENDERS, BARISTAS, SOMMELIERS … AND AMATEURS.
There are many talented individuals in Poland with a potential of becoming top class chocolatiers or culinary chefs. Unfortunately, many of them are unable to travel for training abroad. Wishing that Poland could join the leaders of culinary arts such as Spain, Italy or France, we opened a school in Łódź, a place where the best specialists from Poland and from all over the world share their knowledge. This is the mission of ASHANTI, International School of Culinary Arts – to pass the world of culinary knowledge to Polish culinary chefs, chocolatiers, bartenders, baristas, sommeliers and amateurs who would like to improve their skills. We believe that with proper courses our students will have more than just proven recipes – they will also gain the know-how to create their own ones, achieve top class work standards and develop an ability to lead and collaborate effectively within teams.
